Stephanie Eldringhoff, MA, TFTdx, is an Executive/Life Coach, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Diplomate Comprehensive Energy Psychology and Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner/Teacher.
She sees private clients in her Bellevue, WA office and works with others from all over the world over the phone and internet, in groups and individually. She is a reader of energies and she can do that with folks in her physical presence but also from a distance as well. She is a lively and informative teacher of live workshops and teleconferences who loves to simplify complicated techniques so that they are immediately usable by anyone ages 5 to 100+ years. She inherited the gift of sensing energies and was greatly influenced by this but put the gift in a box on a shelf when she was about 12 but was not too successful at this avoidance technique.
Those sensitivities took a toll and until she learned how to use them beginning in the 1970s she remained very quiet about the gifts. She has been a student of subtle energies since 1974 and using energy techniques in her private practice since 1993. She is a great believer that shifting energies around what we don’t want and what we do want as part of our lives opens the doorway to see what are the little action steps that create the big results. The energies of her clients and students are her teachers – she sits in amazement at their incredible beauty, feeling, sound and vast wisdom. She believes that each and every one of us has the gift of energy healer waiting to be discovered. And she would love to support you in the learning and discovery. Her work is also greatly influenced by 33 years of meditation practice and a focus on cultivating the present moment, which translates to really being awake where you are, when you’re there. Stephanie readily admits she is still learning to be present – always a lifelong learner she will be.
